Abstract:
In this insightful webinar, we delve into the intricacies of digital transformation through the lens of a significant project being undertaken by Alcon. A significant part of the webinar will address common misconceptions across industry regarding the deployment of complex software. Executive guests challenge the notion that installation and configuration are the most labor-intensive aspects, instead arguing that a substantial portion of effort (about 60%) and challenges (nearly 90%) arise from the social process of evolving people’s perspectives and work methodologies – Organizational Change Management (OCM).
