Sitting through validation training is easy. Using it on Monday is not.

Here is what teams run into with traditional training, what we built instead, and who each course is written for. Open the parts that apply to you.

Multi-day workshops cost more time than teams have

A two or three day workshop pulls validation, quality, and IT staff away from work that is already due. Scheduling it across a team means waiting for the next session, so the training lands weeks after people needed it.

The concepts stay abstract

Most courses teach validation theory disconnected from the risk-based decisions your team makes every week. Learners can recite the lifecycle and still freeze when a real system needs a risk call.

Nothing changes on Monday morning

People finish with a certificate and no clearer sense of how to act differently. The training proves attendance rather than capability, which is exactly the gap an auditor probes.

Every team defines “risk-based” differently

Without a shared foundation, each team member interprets risk-based assurance their own way. Validation, quality, and IT end up defending three versions of the same decision.

Short microlessons, taken whenever they fit

Courses are broken into microlessons rather than a single sitting, so people work through them between meetings instead of blocking out consecutive days.

Written by the practitioners who help set the standards

The same team that co-founded FICSA and co-authored the second edition of GAMP 5 wrote these lessons, and every concept ties back to a decision they have made in a real program.

Every lesson ends in something you can do

Lessons build toward stated outcomes: explain lifecycle expectations, recognize roles and deliverables, distinguish traditional validation from modern assurance, and apply risk-based thinking.

One shared vocabulary across validation, quality, and IT

When everyone takes the same curriculum, risk-based assurance means one thing across the organization. That consistency holds up when an auditor asks three people the same question.

Knowledge checks that confirm the learning landed

Interactive activities and knowledge checks run throughout, and every lesson is reviewed, tested, and approved by qualified personnel before it is published.

It scales to a team without building curriculum

Group enrollment, your own branding, and completion reporting let L&D roll out a measurable program without writing validation content from scratch.

Role
What you take away
Validation and quality professionals
A shared, defensible foundation in validation lifecycle expectations and risk-based assurance, extended into CSA and AI oversight.
Compliance teams
Consistent, risk-based thinking applied across the compliance program instead of case by case.
IT and business-system owners
A clear picture of what validation and modern assurance require from the systems you support, before a request lands on your desk.
Regulated-operations staff
The connection between day-to-day operational decisions and the validation and assurance expectations behind them.
Learning and development leaders
A measurable, self-paced program with completion reporting, without building validation curriculum from scratch.
Change management leaders
A curriculum that pairs with an adoption program for new systems, roles, or processes, including go-live support and adoption measurement.

Before you enroll.

No. CG Learning Academy issues a certificate of completion rather than an accredited certification. It confirms you completed the program requirements.

Courses are designed for regulated industries using defined learning outcomes and assessments. Every lesson goes through controlled design, review, testing, and approval before publication. Content is reviewed by qualified personnel, and where AI assists with development, all material is supported by human review and testing.

It is a one-year subscription that opens the entire Academy for one named user. Today that means General Software Quality and Validation plus Modern Assurance: CSA and AI Governance, 32 lessons in total, and it grows as we release additional courses during your term. Complete the program requirements to earn a certificate of completion.
