Our Products Services are iQuality QMS, QSM, Analytics & Hosted Services of Siemen’s Polarion Application to customers who have executed the Agreement governing said customers access and use of the Compliance Group Services. By accepting this Agreement through your e-signature, you agree to the terms of this Agreement. If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of a company or other entity, then you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity and its affiliates to the terms and conditions of the Agreement. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with the terms and conditions of the Agreement, you must not accept the Agreement and may not use the Compliance Group Services.”
